How can I place an order?

You can place an order via clothesandcraftsph.com . Other instructions, such as inputting of shipping address & payment, will be provided upon checkout.

Kindly send proof of payment along with invoice # to @clothesandcrafts_ on Instagram within 48 hours. A confirmation message will be received once payment has been verified.

What payment options are available?

We accept payments from any of the following:

  • Banco de Oro (BDO)
  • Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
  • GCash
  • Maya

Account details of the selected mode of payment will be provided upon checkout.

How long does shipping usually take?

Generally, we can only do ship outs during weekends. Once shipped out, kindly expect the following lead time:

  • Greater Metro Manila (1-3 days)
  • Luzon (5-7 days)
  • Visayas (5-7 days)
  • Mindanao (5-7 days)

Is there a same day delivery (SDD) option?

Yes, we can do same day delivery, but subject to our availability. Generally, we can only do ship outs on weekends. Kindly send us a message first before placing your order so we can confirm our availability.

Do you accept pre-orders?

Unfortunately, we won’t be accepting pre-orders anymore. Rest assured that we are doing our best to restock our products regularly!

Can I request a refund/exchange?

We will only be accepting returns and exchange requests for products that are significantly flawed or damaged.
